Round Table Shuffle is a free-to-play online multiplayer card game. The Service provides:

• User account creation and management
• Game statistics, leaderboards, and rankings
• Customization options (avatars, card mats, borders)
• Social features (room creation, multiplayer matchmaking)
• Virtual currency system (Shards) for cosmetic unlocks

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Security

• Choose a strong, unique password
• Do not share your account with others
• Do not use automated tools or bots to access your account
• We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Excessive inactivity (2+ years with prior notice)
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

You may delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Cheat or Exploit: Use bots, automated scripts, hacks, or exploits to gain unfair advantages
• Harass Others: Engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, or abusive behavior
• Impersonate: Impersonate other users, staff members, or entities
• Spam: Send spam, advertising, or unsolicited communications
• Distribute Malware: Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Violate Laws: Use the service for illegal purposes
• Scrape Data: Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
• Reverse Engineer: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the service
• Share Accounts: Share, sell, or transfer your account to others
• Create Multiple Accounts: Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Manipulate Rankings: Collude with others to artificially inflate rankings or statistics

4.2 Consequences of Violations

Violations may result in:

• Warning or temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Removal from leaderboards
• Loss of virtual currency and unlocked items
• IP ban from accessing the service
• Legal action for serious violations

5. Virtual Items and Currency

5.1 Shards (Virtual Currency)

• Shards are a virtual currency earned through gameplay
• Shards have no real-world monetary value
• Shards cannot be exchanged for real money
• Shards may be used to unlock cosmetic items only
• We reserve the right to modify Shard earning rates at any time

5.2 Virtual Items

• Cosmetic items (avatars, borders, card mats) are virtual goods with no real-world value
• Virtual items do not provide gameplay advantages
• We reserve the right to modify, remove, or add virtual items
• Virtual items are non-transferable between accounts
• Lost or deleted items due to account termination are not recoverable

5.3 No Real Money Transactions (Currently)

Currently, Round Table Shuffle does not offer in-app purchases or real money transactions. All content is earned through gameplay. If we introduce paid features in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content on Round Table Shuffle, including but not limited to:

• Game design, mechanics, and rules
• Graphics, artwork, card designs, animations
• Software code, databases, and algorithms
• Text, logos, trademarks, and branding
• Audio, sound effects, and music

...is owned by Round Table Shuffle or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not allow you to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on our service
• Remove or alter copyright notices

6.3 User-Generated Content

Currently, Round Table Shuffle does not support user-generated content (custom cards, mods, etc.). Any unauthorized modifications or derivative works are prohibited.

7. Privacy and Data

• Your account data may be deleted
• Virtual currency and unlocked items are forfeited
• Leaderboard entries may be removed
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations survive termination

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Informal Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@rtshuffle.com to attempt informal resolution. We will respond within 30 days.

14.3 Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

14.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. You waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Round Table Shuffle regarding the Service.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

15.5 No Agency

No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and Round Table Shuffle as a result of these Terms or use of the Service.

16. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.

17. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from other jurisdictions, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of data to the United States.
